Pilates, Zumba, Qi Gong, NIA, Iridology at Chesham’s Bagnall Centre

The Bagnall Centre (at 71-79 Waterside, Chesham HP5 1PE) is now running a full programme of studio activities, offering a variety of eight yoga classes for differing abilities, Stott Pilates classes, Zumba Gold and, from Tuesday 5 June 2012 Qi Gong. NIA is coming soon. Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that leads to healthy fitness, invented in 1983.  It draws from disciplines of the martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. Talks are in full swing and on Wednesday 30 May at 7.30pm hear a free talk from resident holistic GP (general practitioner) Sohere Roked.

On Thursday 31 May at 7.30pm there is a free talk on Iridology (examination of the iris of the eye) by Jamuna Haim. Jamuna Haim is a naturopath who has been practising for many years, recently at Champney’s resort. She works regularly with TV nutrutionist and presenter Amanda Hamilton, analysing her client’s particular health issues by studying their iris, with extraordinary accuracy.

The Bagnall Centre’s Grand Opening next week on Friday 1 June 2012 will mark the official start of a wonderful time at the Centre for Integrated Healthcare.
