Chiltern Clinical Commissioning Group is the new name of the group of general practitioners (GPs) providing health care in southern Buckinghamshire, formed in response to the government’s Health and Social Care Bill. There are 35 practices in this group, all in southern Buckinghamshire, divided into four geographical localities. Residents are invited to join one or all of their first locality group meetings. These meetings are to discuss Clinical Commissioning, understand local needs and priorities, and answer questions. Patients, local groups and key stakeholders within the localities are invited.
