Technology Made Easy

If you are terrified (well intimidated) by technology call at Wallington House where a team of highly trained young people can help. Learn how to use the internet and email; shop on line, use price comparison websites or Facebook. You can use their computers, but if you have your own laptop bring it along. I bet they can help with mobile phones and texting too. Sessions are on Tuesdays from 4.30 – 6.30pm at Wallington House, Wallington Road, Chesham HP5 2NZ and each session costs 50p. This is an intergenerational project. If necessary call Alun Morris, AVLCA on 07982 776721 or email wallingtonhouse@yahoo.co.uk.

Wallington House is the community hall of Asheridge Vale and Lowndes Community Association and provides a centre of activity for local residents, bringing together people of all ages and backgrounds. A variety of activities are organised by the Association and other hall users. These include a social club on Wednesday evenings, lunch club on Thursdays and Bingo on Monday evenings.
