The White Hill centre AGM will be on Tuesday 22 June 2010 at 8pm, followed by cheese and wine in the bar. New members are always welcome to join the Chesham and District Community Association (C&DCA), call the office on 01494 775190 email info@whitehillcentre.org.uk. The centre recently received a grant of £1,000 from Bucks Foundation towards improved lighting in the room to be used by the photography club, Voice reported White Hill Centre Progresses. Bookings are up at the centre. There have been serious problems with the large window on the end wall of the building but at last the work is being undertaken according to the quote from Everest, thanks to a grant obtained from Biffa.
