Classes continue at the White Hill centre, on
Tuesday evenings from 6 - 7pm join in essential mat, followed by intermediate from 7 - 8pm. On
Wednesday during the day you can go from 9 - 10am for essential or intermediate from 10 - 11am, then from 11 - noon there is a new class for all abilities, called
Supple Body. It is a fusion of yoga and pilates set to music. Classes started this week
