Tom Davies, Community Activator of Chiltern District Council has told us of a few more exercise opportunities going on in Chesham to help adults become more active. Netball is
every Thursday evening for adults who want to get back into netball, or have never played before. It is currently at
Waterside School at 7pm - 8pm for £1 but in October it will move to
Chesham Leisure Centre at 6.30pm – 7.45pm where the cost will increase slightly but will be no more than £2. No need to book, just turn up. A voucher booklet entitling you to six swimming, six group exercise, six gym and six badminton sessions for £2 each is available, and a Leisure card which entitles you to further discounts when the voucher booklet has been used up. They can be sent to you free of charge, call Tom on 07826 936811 or email
