Study International Therapy in Chesham
An Anatomy, Physiology and Massage (AP&M) diploma course is the base on which other ITEC (International Therapy Examination Council) courses can be built. Learners study the body and all its systems, various massage techniques and all aspects of professional ethics involved in holistic massage, preparing you to set up professionally. Once a therapist has the AP&M diploma it is possible to continue to further diplomas in aromatherapy, sports massage, Thai Massage, Indian head massage, reflexology, infant and child massage and diet and nutrition. These courses will start in September 2008.Buckinghamshire Adult Learning is proud to be teaching the acclaimed ITEC courses. There are five ITEC centres across the county, ie. at Chesham, Buckingham, Evreham (Iver), Highcrest (Wycombe) and Winslow. The centres all have well equipped, designated therapy rooms for the practical and theory teaching. The Chesham Adult Learning Centre adjoining Chesham Park Community College, will have sports massage, holistic massage, Thai massage and aromatherapy.
