Marquee or tents

Would you or your firm be willing to sponsor or lend the mayor a marquee for a multi-cultural event planned for the opening of the outdoor heated pool on Saturday 3 May? We’ve got exciting plans for a fun and feasting family day, not just swimming but other activities too and we need shelter for …(you know the reason).
