Chilterns show a success

The Chilterns Show is getting better every year and this blog takes credit for the demonstration of jazzercise dance and fitness. Dawn thanked us for listing the details of the community pavilion and booked a space. She tells me she was very pleased with the interest in the classes and intends to make it a yearly event.
I enjoyed all the different tents and variety of things to see and do, and the woodwork was excellent. The ferret racing was entertaining, not least because of the commentary, and there were lots of horse and pony events. But the best bit for me was the collection of owls which are so serene yet observant and can outstare you for minutes on end with their mesmerising great eyes.
